   • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

   • We offer a range of shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

   • We do not have any shipping restrictions within our service areas.

4. Delivery Locations

   • We currently only ship to addresses within the country. We do not offer international delivery.

5. Delivery Time

   • Delivery times vary based on location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

   • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

7. Damages and Issues

   • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

8. Refunds and Returns

   • We do not accept refunds or returns. All sales are final. In case of defective or damaged items it will take 15 days days time of refund if the product is Damaged, please contact our customer service for assistance.
